1. What this service is

Mistub is an entertainment website that hosts browser-based games. Players may buy virtual credits with cryptocurrency; credits are used only to unlock games and buy in-game items on this site.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and password. One person may hold one account. Accounts are not transferable. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, or exploit bugs.

3. Credits are not money

Credits are a prepaid licence to use features of this site. They hold no cash value, cannot be sent to other players, are not a financial instrument, and cannot be withdrawn as currency or goods.

4. Payments

Deposits are processed by a third-party cryptocurrency payment provider. Cryptocurrency payments are final on-chain; if a payment fails or a game/item does not unlock as described, contact support and we will fix it or refund the affected credits at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

No cheating, exploiting bugs, automated play, scraping, reselling accounts or credits, or any unlawful activity. Adult content is strictly prohibited: games containing sexual content, nudity, or sexually suggestive material are rejected at review, and repeat violations end the developer account. We may adjust prices, content, and features at any time.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you deposited in the last 30 days.

7. Changes

These terms may change; the current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
